With over 15 years of rich and extensive professional experience from being associated with highly reputable organisations in the UK & UAE, Sabahat’s core expertise in L&D include planning, designing, developing & strategising learning initiatives across culturally diverse work environments. She is skilled at identifying and analysing training needs across various competency levels by making effective use of observation tools and questionnaires. She creatively identifies & strategises methods for improving staff productivity and behaviour in accordance with the organisation’s vision, mission & values.

Sabahat has an exceptional ability to design and develop curriculum for training with suitable instructional methodology, progressive learning interventions and structured evaluation method(s). She is also equipped to empower people through providing structured feedback and coaching . Sabahat has experience of designing tailored competency based learning solutions for organisations across a range of industry sectors such as Reed Group of Companies – UK, Cambridge Education Group – UK, Dubai Electric & Water Authority (DEWA), Dubai Municipality, Commercial Bank of Dubai, Ashghal – Qatar, Qatar Aluminium Company (Qatalum), ITOCHU Trading, SABIC – KSA, Arab bank – Jordon, Economic Zones World – Jafza Dubai, Borouge – Abu Dhabi.
