Jumana has over 3 years of experience in Human Resources Management. She is passionate about organizational development and employee engagement, on which she has worked extensively across different client organisations.
Prior to working with People First, Jumana worked as an Associate Consultant on a variety of HR projects including Performance Management, Instructional Design, and Job Analysis. Her clients included multinational organisations like Unilever, Shell, and Mothercare.
